He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Minor and Wilma Minor (Bray). He is survived by: his children, Sean Minor, Jessica Lowery and Lauren Decker (Troy); and his siblings, Terry Minor (Patty), Danny Minor (Debbie) and Diedra Franks (Perry). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (1721 S Munn Ave, Maryville, MO 64468).
