He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Lee Westmoreland Sr. and Clarice Pauline Estes Westmoreland. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Westmoreland of Butler, Missouri; his children, Brenda Sigmon of Butler, Missouri and Charles Westmoreland (Beth) of Adrian, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Heather Steele of Leesburg, Charles Westmoreland Jr. of Saint Louis and Cody Westmoreland of Adrian, Missouri. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren with one on the way; and two great-great-grandchildren.
