She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil F. Skaggs and Geraldine Berry Skaggs; her brothers, Gene Skaggs, Jerry Skaggs and Charles Skaggs (Chuck); and her siblings-in-law, Dale Crow and Lynda Skaggs.
She is survived by : her children, Kelly Freed (John), Rexanna Grindley, Kim Abney (Kenny Mannon), Robert Rogers and Lathe Mayfield (Carrie); her grandchildren, Michael Berwald (Amber), Niki Jackson, Adam Abney and Aaron Abney; her great grandchildren, Rokki Jackson Wahmhoff, Elijah Abney (Eli), Isiah Abney, Emanuel Abney and Wilder Abney; her siblings, Betty Dubray, Rene Crow, Sue Shaffer (Dean), Jimmy Skaggs and Berry Skaggs (Euleta); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Skaggs, Debi Foster and Elaine Neal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
