He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra McGuire and Pearl McQuinn McGuire; his wife Nelda Lee McGuire; and his sons, Roy Allen McGuire and Terry McGuire.
He is survived by: his children, Gary McGuire (Rachel) of St. Catharines Ontario, Dewey Lee McGuire (Cheryl) of Cleveland, Missouri, Linda Christopher (Robert) of Butler and Julie Conrad of Rich Hill, Missouri. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
