He is survived by: his grandson Jesse; his parent Jimmie "Jim" Booth, Sr. (Lois); his sister Tammy Cameron (Terry); his children, Cameron Booth (Mackenzie) and Paige Booth; his grandsons, Bentley Booth and Henry Booth; his nephew Ben Cameron (Lisa); and his nieces, Baylen Addleman (Lucas) and Brooklen Powell (Timmy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
