He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Elmer and Katherine Miller Kauffman. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kauffman of Butler, Missouri; his children, Carmen Behringer (Mike) of Butler, Kermit Kauffman (Angie) of Butler, Kristy Revis (Russ) of Bates City and Curtis Kauffman of Butler, Missouri; and his siblings, Jerry Kauffman of Butler, Missouri and Judy Heiman of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
