With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Alvis of Butler, Missouri, born in Clinton, Missouri, who passed away on March 11, 2022 at the age of 14. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his adoptive mother Betty Alvis; and his grandfather Richard L. Alvis. He is survived by: his mother Betty Alvis of Butler, Missouri; his grandmother Barbara Sisco of Kansas City, Missouri; his uncle Larry Alvis (Deb) of Independence, Missouri; and his cousins, John Foster (Jean), Marissa Foster, Tim Alvis and Jeff Alvis (Whitni).

Contributions to Joel Alvis Love Fund, Adrian Boy Scouts of America or Immanuel Baptist Church.
