She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Henry and Marcella Leverne Pasley Thomas; her daughter Shelly Gaston; and her brothers, Darrell Thomas and Sonny Thomas.

She is survived by : her sons, Chuck Ballard of Foster and Malin Pavelka (Sebrena) of Utah; her grandson Randy Cantrell (Stacey) of Butler, Missouri; her daughters, Angela Swarens (Jimmy) of Foster and Daphine Mueller (Aaron) of Amoret, Missouri; and her siblings, Stacey Thomas of Butler, Missouri and Susie Mallatt (Mike) of Butler, Missouri. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
