He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Dietz and Lillian Dietz (Kanzler); and his sister Victoria Latreille. He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Hefner; his children, Alisa of Mountain View, CA, Jennifer Frost (John) of Bolivar, MO and Mark Dietz (Samantha) of Gardner, KS; his grandchildren, Joseph, Christine, April Frost of Bolivar, MO and Mark Dietz of Gardner, KS.; and his sister Marilyn Meade of Hayward, CA..
