He is survived by: his mothers, Mildred Monica Donahoo Kinslow and Monica Burrell (David) of Morristown, Arizona; his sister Rachel Wise (Mike) of Kansas City, Missouri; his children, Dakota Kinslow of Columbia and Maia Kinslow of Savannah; his granddaughters, Lilli-ann, Charlotte and Petunia; Stanley Donahoo.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who loved him to honor his memory by donating to Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri as Tommy loved the little ones the most.
