He is survived by : his wife Angela "Angie" JoAnn Tinsley; his siblings, Beth Fleigle (Doug) of Stringtown, Rhonda Whitmer (Robert) of Auburn, Douglas Capper of Poplar Bluff and Jeffery Capper of Poplar Bluff; and his stepbrother James Maples of Eminence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
