He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Lee and Gladys Elaine Puckett (Potter); his wife Cynthia Kay; and his brothers, David and George.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Joanna Johnson, Katherine Hutsell, Roy Mathews and Andrew Mathews. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; as well as several other family members and many friends.
