She is survived by: her sisters, Carolyn Middleton, Frieda Johnson and Gail; and her children, Rick Smith, Kim Rhoads (Richard Rhoads) and Scott Minshall (Heather). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
