He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond, Sr. Steely and Danace Steely (Smith); and his great-niece Reilly. He is survived by: his brother Brad Steely (Teresa); and his nieces, Monna Devoto (Jeremy), Ginger Pippin (Larry), Lacy Biram and Marley Stephan (Ronny). He is also survived by cousins, friends.
