He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Noel Alsup and Trilby Vivian Estes Alsup (Roberta Dixon); his siblings, Charles Alsup (June), Annabelle Boswell (Woody) and Jane Hegle (Bill); and his sons, Shelton (Barb), Dale Edgar and Danny (Jan).
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Holmes; his son Steve (Deb); and his stepchildren, Kirby (Carly), Valinda, Tabby and David (Charity). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
