She is survived by: her husband Michael Forester of Cadet; her children, Elijah Forester, Omar "Santi" Calvillo, Silas Calvillo and Faith Rodgers; her parents, Darrien Cummings of Arkansas and Starlene Hinds of Missouri; her siblings, Tyler Cummings (Andrea) of Arkansas, Kate Hammond (Ethan) of Oklahoma and Kendra Cummings (Alyssa) of Texas; her in-laws, Chip and Angela Forster of Cuba; her sisters-in-law, Michaela Gruver (Dylan) of Cuba and Jerri Forester of Cuba; her grandmother Nana Shirley Jones of Missouri; her aunt Rhonda Stewart of Missouri; her cousin Terra Ford (Stephen) of Arkansas; and her close friend Leta Reyes-Vieyra of Arkansas. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many dear friends.
