He is survived by: his sons, Jared Robert (Ersillia) and Devin Andrew (William); his wife Joyce Ann Cooper; his daughter Davina Creed (Robert); and his grandchildren, David, Jessica (Mark), Shelby, Elizabeth (Brad), Kelsey, Kristiana and Casen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cairo/Jacksonville Lions Club in memory of David.
