He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Natalie; and his brothers, Jack and Neville. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Clio, Helen and Nellie; his wife Patricia; his sons, Chris (Georgiana) and Dave (Tori); and his sister-in-law Christine Smithee. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and multiple grandnieces and grandnephews.
