He is survived by: his mother Linda Civey (Keith) of Gulf Port, Mississippi; his wife Tina Lee Civey (Parks) of Caledonia, Missouri; his children, Hayley Civey of Caledonia, Hunter Civey of Caledonia and Hayden Civey of Caledonia, Missouri; his siblings, Keith Civey of Caledonia, Missouri and Betsey (Dwayne Chandler) of Bonne Terre, Missouri; his granddaughters, Jayden and Kemper; his sister-in-law Paula (Scott Rinne) of Belgrade, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Shelby, Madelyn, Krista, Victoria, Jordan, Ethan and Keegan; and his mother-in-law Ruth Parks of Belgrade. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
