We announce the death of Kenneth J. Edwards of Calhoun, Missouri, who passed away on October 23, 2026, at the age of 75. Kenneth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Eugene A. Edwards and Juanita Edwards (Kappelman); his siblings, Frieda Joann Edwards and Paul Allen Edwards; and his sister-in-law Linda Edwards (Harms).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellen Strong; his children, Rhonda Meyer (Jason) of Leeton, Mo., Lucas Edwards (Melissa Kay) of Clinton, Mo. and Dwight Edwards (Cheri) of Chilhowee, Mo.; his grandchildren, Wyatt Bell (Emma), Gabe Edwards (Hannah), Garren Edwards (Gabby), Alex Edwards, Libby Rinehart (Travis), William Franken, Drake Allard, Maddy Jones (Matt) and Molly Purinton; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Arthur, Brody, Rowan, Miles, Joey, Lydia, Kimber, Xander, Marlee, Merrick, Aiden, Lyric and William; and his brothers, Reverend Edwin Edwards (Janet) of Clever, Mo., Ron Edwards (Jane) of Parachute, Co. and David Edwards (Wendy) of Crane, Mo.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home (1410 Dzf Rd, Clinton, MO 64735). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and those contributions may be left in care of the funeral home.
