It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy K. George of Calhoun, Missouri, born in Oskaloosa, Iowa, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irwin Chambers and Lillian Chambers (Long); her husband Jim; and her daughter Melody Dorris. She is survived by: her children, Doug McMullen (Kim Pace) and Merridy McMullen; her grandchildren, Jeremy Peek (Ann), Nicole Powell, Brittnay Wallace, Dustin Dorris (Shelly), Jeffrey Dorris (Randi), Nancy Jane Stewart, Samantha LaDean Stocking (Justin) and Hunter Douglas McMullen; and her brother Larry Long (Mary). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Henry County Memory Fund, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
