He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Finks Slack and Marjorie Lee Slack (Hostin); and his sister Patty. He is survived by: his brothers, Gerald Slack (Melva) and Keith Slack; his niece Jenny Dunaway (Ron); his nephew Shannon Slack; his great-nieces, Krista Dunaway, Rachel Windschitl (Justin) and Nicole Catanzaro (Atean); and his great-nephew Preston Slack. He is also survived by 3 great-great nieces; a great-great nephew; and many cousins.
A memorial for funeral expenses has been established and contributions can be made in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
