He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Velasquez Sr. Adolph (Lucy Ramirez); his wife Lucy; his mother Felicitas Velasquez (Campos); and his siblings, Benny Velasquez, Juanita Martinez, Hope Diaz, Lilly Murillo and Sara Medina.
He is survived by: his children, Hope Velasquez, David (Lin), Danny and Rick (Helen); and his siblings, Francisco Jr., Guillermo (Phyllis), Rudy (Karen), Rachel Contreras, Esther Salinas and Rosalie DePeralta (Abel). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
