She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Purucker and Mary Ellen Purucker; and her great-nephew Red Layne. She is survived by: her husband Steve Cousins; her siblings, Richard Purucker (Jan Marcason) and Jane Clarke (Sandy Koufax); and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Youngs (Jeffery Youngs), Paula Lang (Larry Lang) and John Cousins (Ruth Cousins). She is also survived by many cousins, 14 nieces and nephews and 20 grand-nieces and nephews.
