She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clover Mapes and Joe Mapes; her husband Norman Lee Basnett; her children, Patricia, Allison and David Basnett; her granddaughter Patricia Brewer; her stepchildren, Ann Longinotti of Orcas Island and Bobby Bosone of Anacortes, Washington; and her brother Clyde Mapes of Tulsa, Oklahoma.. She was also cherished by seven loving grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
