He was predeceased by : his brother Jay Randolph Jr.. He is survived by : his parents, Sue Randolph and Jay Randolph; his sister Rebecca; his niece Grace Randolph (Andy Peterson); and his nephew Jennings Randolph IV. He is also survived by aunt, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kriegshauser Mortuary West (9450 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
