He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolla Rusher and Sylvia Rusher (Kitchen); his wife Bonnie Staats; his brother Rolla Rusher; his granddaughter Julie Marx; and his granddaughter-in-law Heather Moburg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rayma Moburg of Kansas City and Leigh Marx (Kenny) of Kansas City; his grandsons, Jason Moburg (Becky) of Kansas City, Ben Marx (Amber) of Kansas City, Daniel Marx (Ryan McDonough) of Kansas City and Andrew Moburg of Chesapeake, VA.; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Kenton, Charlie, Cooper, Ryan, Lincoln and Emmett.
