Delilah (Lila) Porter Adams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delilah (Lila) Porter Adams of California, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Porter and Geraldine R. Porter (Coon); and her stepdaughter Diana Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Brett Adams (Melanie) of California, MO and Geraldine "Jerri" A. Adams of Jefferson City, MO; her grandchildren, Tawnya Clause, Elaina Howser, Michael Lehman, Jacob Adams and Katie Adams; her great grandchildren, Elly Clause, Emilia Clause, Mason Howser, Miles Howser, Mila Lehman, Bryleigh Lehman and Huxley Lehman; and her stepson Mike Hoose.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services (100 S Oak St, California, MO 65018). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Central Missouri Humane Society.
