She is survived by: her sons, Perry "P. J." Cook (Michelle) of High Point, MO and Jeffrey Cook (Mikaela) of California, MO; her siblings, John McCubbin, Roy McCubbin of Roger McCubbin, J. D, Ronnie McCubbin, Gary McCubbin, Terry McCubbin, Paul McCubbin, Ike McCubbin, Teresa Kendall, Beck McCubbin and Mary Lou Garrett; her grandchildren, Destiny Cook, Brady Cook, Cayden Cook, Austin Cook and Easton Cook; and her great grandchildren, Rosalie Cook and Waylon Culver.
