He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kodner and Rose Kodner. He is survived by: his wife Antonia Kodner; and his children, Doreen Phillips (Michael), Lori Hartley (Kevin), David Kodner (Lisa) and Patricia Imboden (Robert). He is also survived by Nine grandchildren and their spouses, and nine great grandchildren.
