He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold LeRoy Hayes and Anelia Shearer Black Hayes; his siblings, Gary Hayes and Peggy Cole; and his former wife Lois Hayes.
He is survived by: his son Michael Gene Hayes (Tami); his wife Linda Glee Heide Nga; his daughter Michelle Radcliffe (John); and his stepsons, Jawal Nga (Janelle) and Jehad Nga. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many other cherished family members and friends.
