He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Arthur Pratt and Aida Bertha Pratt (See); his wife Rosalie McClaren; his daughter Janet; and his siblings, Eldon Pratt and Gladys Boehner (Pratt).

He is survived by: his nephews, Harold Pratt of Nevada and Thomas Boehner of Sedalia, Missouri; and his niece Betty Beck (Boehner) of Red Wing, Minnesota..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to be made to the McMurry United Methodist Church.
