He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Mary Anderson and Peggy Ackley. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Foxworthy and Tonya Foxworthy (Mertens) of California; his brother Josh Foxworthy; and his grandfathers, Everett Mertens of California, MO and Buck Anderson. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and loving family and friends.
