She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Jack Raymond Collins; her son Dr. Jeffrey Collins; and her sisters, Doris, Betty and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Jerome Collins (Cindy), Joyce Garnett and Julia Carroll (Patrick); her grandchildren, Roman Garnett (Marion Neumann), Brian Garnett, Michael Carroll (Starr), William Carroll, Jack Carroll (Erin) and Lynn Carroll (Caleb Duda); her great grandchildren, Anna Carroll, Max Neumann, Matilda Neumann and Niel Carroll; and her sister Elinor Almquist.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janet's memory to the First Congregational Church of Saint Louis would be greatly appreciated by her family.
