He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his sons, Jeff (Michele Malone) and Andy (Olivia Malone); his daughter-in-law Tammy Baker; and his grandchildren, Maddie, Jackson, Ellis, Hunter, Jeremy, Sara, Mason and Justice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
