She is survived by: her children, Teri Casey, Kevin Casey (Lisa) and Kellie Keaton (Derrick); her grandchildren, Tiffany Dilks (Ernie), Michael Keaton, Jennifer Thompson (Nate), Kayla Cummings (Nathaniel), Garret Casey, Lauren Walkup (Matt) and Cole Phillips; and her sister Donna R Hurst. She is also survived by nieces, cousins and friends.
