She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mayfield and Mildred Mayfield (Womack); her daughters, Kathy Werdehausen and LeAnn Ringwald; and her brothers, Preston, Raymond and Jackie Mayfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Shirley of California, MO, Sherri Jinson of Osceola, MO and Christy Richardson of Holt Summit, MO; and her siblings, Robert Mayfield of Springfield, MO, Lynn Mayfield of West Plains, MO, Glendal Mayfield of West Plains, MO, Joyce Stewart of West Plains, MO and Reta Langston of West Plains, MO. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
