He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Angel and John Angel; and his brother Roger of Forsythe, Missouri.. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Sheryl (Tim), Tiffany (Alberto) and Celeste (Thad); his grandchildren, Chance, Cole, Sofia, Santi, Maxwell and Theo; and his siblings, Clark of Little Rock and Ann of Harrison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association in Mack's memory.
