She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Spilker and Bert Spilker of Clay Center, Kansas.; her brother Larry; her stepmother Iris Spilker; her former husband Peter Koppe; and her sisters, Alberta Chester and Viola Bowman.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Evans; and her brothers, Harold Spilker and Orville Spilker (Charlene). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
