He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reeve Hawkins and Dorothy Hawkins; his daughters, Lou Ann and Lorice; and his spouse Rich Frogge. He was also cherished by family brought him three daughters, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
