He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Anderson (Allen); and his uncle Rick Anderson. He is survived by: his father Ron Anderson of Boonville; his fiancée Julie King of California; his children, Gabe, Austin, Trevor Anderson, Emily and Kinley King; and his brothers, Ronnie Anderson (Stormy), Kevin Anderson and Arnie Santos (Paula Sims).
