She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Culbertson; her brother Van Waite (Bill); and her parents, Ruth Waite and Henry Van Dyke Waite. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Lynn Culbertson Arrocha (Michael) and Gregory James Culbertson (Erin); and her pet Skipper. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
