He was predeceased by: his former wife Donita Waters; his parents, Roy Sr. and Lucille June; his daughter Lucille R.; and his brother David.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his brother Roy Deeds Jr.; his stepchildren, Sherry and Larry (Pam); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Brandon), Amy (Adam), Brad, Andrew, Alysha and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Peyton, Trinity, Jackson and Isabella.
