He is survived by: his wife Lisa Nevarez (Smith); his father Domingo Nevarez Sr.; his children, Brittney Nevarez, Savanah Nevarez and Rikki Nevarez; his stepdaughter Brooke Smith (Greg Pine); his grandchildren, Adriana, Tyler, Anthony Jr., Aveon, Josiah, Macy, Trenton, Sawyer, Brantlee, Amelia and Leya; his siblings, Kristine Nevarez, Michelle Larkin (Dan) and Domingo Nevarez Jr.; and his cousin Sandra Hassna.
