It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dennis of California, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Dennis and Arlene Elizabeth Locke; his sister Kelly Dennis; and his parents-in-law, Janice Lehman and Sylvester Lehman.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Dennis, Jr., Sheila Riley (James) of Corpus Christi, Millayna "Milly" Hays (Richard) of Jefferson City and Carli Dennis (Bradley Richter) of California; his sister Dawn Jones (Dewey) of Holts Summit; and his grandsons, Richard Dylan Hays, Jack Anthony David Hays and Ezra Quinn Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Goldschmidt Cancer Center in Jefferson City, Mo. or the Central Missouri Honor Flight.
