He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Lehman and Grace Lehman (Miller); his siblings, Allen Lehman Jr., Miller Lehman, Marvin Lehman (Mike), Doris Bruce and Donna Eager; his half-siblings, Kenneth Kelsay, Ceola Barnes and Opal Blomingburg; and his great grandchild Ella Porter.

He is survived by: his friend Paul Branstetter; his wife Marian Lehman; his sons, Jeff Lehman (Laura) of St. Louis, MO and Mark Lehman of Columbia, MO; his stepson Kevin Hays (Joan) of California, MO; his grandchildren, Nick Hays (Kimberly) of California, MO and Lindsey Hays Porter (Ryan) of Centertown, MO; his great grandchildren, Eli Porter, Nikaylee Hays, Keaton Hays, Sophie Porter, Aubrey Porter, Kaiden Hays, Elyse Porter, Harper Porter and Emery Porter; his sister Charlene Schnack of Jefferson City, MO; and his half-sister Loyce Sharp of Kansas City, MO..
