She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cunningham and Rose Cunningham (Thissen); and her sisters, Joan Youngers, Dorothy Cunningham, Mary Davis, Eileen Lohkamp, Kathleen Ziegler and Patricia Grubb.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Evans; and her siblings, Judith Schenkel of Wichita, KS, Jim Cunningham (Gladys) of Wichita, KS and Alicia Bixby of Larned, KS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
