She was predeceased by: her father James Wilton Foster; and her siblings, Dennis Foster, Ruth and Rita Foster. She is survived by: her mother Frances Willard Foster (Ballinger) of St. Louis, Missouri; her significant other Edward W. "Rusty" Mehl; her daughter Jennifer Elaine Schraeder (Brandon) of Reichenbach Steegan, Germany; her grandchildren, Kayle, Koryna and Connor Schraeder of Lompoc, California; and her sisters, Norma Jean Taylor (Michael) of Arnold and Carol Lynn McDale of Pevely, Missouri. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
