He was predeceased by: his parents, John Julian and Roxy Gladys Ryker (May); his brother John Julian Ryker Jr.; and his sister-in-law Edna Elizabeth Ryker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Edith Gold; his sons, Ronald Derek Ryker (Rosemary) and Karl Raymond Ryker (Lynda Ann); and his daughter-in-law Rosemary. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
