She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Percival (Mildred Percival) and Mildred Percival (Flory); her husband Arthur Harper (Carl); and her sisters-in-law, Edyth Norman and Freida Harper.

She is survived by : her children, Charles (Darren), Dana of Camdenton, Jayna and Matt Collins of Morrisville; and her stepgrandson Jacob Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
